Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Kalikara goods and services — including 1:1 healing sessions, mentorship containers, Sacred Ireland Pilgrimages, and any products offered through the Site — are final. Once a sale is completed, payments are non-refundable. Please consider your booking or purchase carefully before completing payment, and reach out to info@kalikara.com with any questions beforehand — we are always happy to help you feel certain before you commit.

2. Why We Hold This Policy

Kalikara's offerings are intimate and prepared with great care. Sessions and mentorship containers are held personally by Katherine, with time reserved exclusively for you; pilgrimages involve advance commitments to accommodations, sacred site access, and small group sizes where each place matters. This policy allows every offering to be held with full presence and preparation.

3. Rescheduling

While payments are non-refundable, we understand that life moves. A confirmed 1:1 session may be rescheduled without charge with at least 48 hours' written notice to info@kalikara.com. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are forfeited. Rescheduling requests for mentorship sessions and pilgrimage participation are considered at our discretion and are never guaranteed.

4. If We Cancel

If Kalikara cancels a session, container, or pilgrimage and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us for that offering. We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred in connection with a pilgrimage, such as flights, visas, or accommodation booked independently — comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, is strongly recommended for all pilgrimage participants.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a physical product you purchase from us arrives faulty or damaged, contact info@kalikara.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs, and we will replace it or refund it. This policy does not otherwise apply to change-of-mind returns on goods, which are final sale.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including any applicable statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. By booking a session or pilgrimage for a specific date, you acknowledge and request that the service be scheduled for that date, which may affect the application of certain withdrawal rights under applicable law.
